FLUKO Laboratory dispersing machines are equipped with a robust, maintenance-free 0.55 kW 3 phase motor. The speed is controlled by a static frequency converter. The mixer shaft is securely connected with a replacable thimble coupling. A dispersing disc and a propeller are supplied with the machine. With a simple refitting, the stirrer can be changed into a disperser using the rotor/stator system. The system consists of the following:

• a stator frame, screwed onto the motor flange with a left-hand thread
• a MS1 rotor
• MS1 stators in 3 variants with 6, 12 and 24 impact surfaces

All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel or can be produced in any weldable material.
